Membership Eligibility Requirements
DFW Business Council welcomes your participation and membership. Below are several requirements outlining what is expected from our Buying Entity members:
- Report annual purchases from certified businesses annually to DFW BC
- Commitment to utilize at least two new certified suppliers in your supply chain during the year
- Participation and sponsorship of at least one major DFW BC networking event annually, i.e. DFW BC Board Installation, Buy Those That Buy Us™ Recognition Breakfast, ACCESS Business Expo, HARD HAT Construction Expo, Golf & Tennis Classic, E Awards (recognizing Excellence), Annual Meeting, etc.
- Designate a primary contact person as a liaison to the DFW BC and for certified entrepreneurs wishing to do business with your company.
- Payment of annual dues calculated based on number of full-time U.S. employees at your company.
In addition, DFW BC encourages new members to participate in the Buy Those That Buy Us™ initiative which captures proven current best practices.
